Website: We are open 24 hours a day! Add the items to your cart, select checkout and then follow the prompts to enter your shipping details, payment information and any comments.
We will respond as quickly as possible to your request. This usually would be within 1-2 days during the working week.
Credit Cards and PayPal are welcomed.
Pricing is in Hong Kong Dollars but you can also change the currency to NZD, AUD, SGD and USD. To see how it converts to your currency see www.xe.com.
All payments are processed online securely by PayPal and Stripe.
How do I get free shipping?
*Free Shipping is offered on all orders to:
- Hong Kong - on all orders
- Singapore - when you spend HK$2,000 or more.
- Macau, Japan, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Korea, Indonesia and the Philippines when you spend HK$3,000 or over.
- New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, when you spend HK$3,800 or over
- United States of America when you spend over HK$4,500
How long does the delivery of my order take?
We cannot guarantee delivery times but most items are dispatched from us within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
We ship worldwide. International orders have varied rates of shipping depending on your country/region.
International delivery times vary between 2 - 21 days depending on your location.
HONG KONG – 2 - 3 WORKING DAYS Method: Hong Kong Post
SINGAPORE – 3 - 5 working Days Method: Hong Kong Post International
NZ & AUSTRALIA – 4 - 7 working Days Method: Hong Kong Post International
ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS - 3 - 21 working days Method: Hong Kong Post International.
If you would like a shipping time estimate for your purchase, and you are outside of the regular destination countries, please contact us and we will give you a more precise shipping estimate for your destination country. Please note, delivery times do vary from country to country.
If you have not received your ordered items within this timeframe, please email us (email@example.com) your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf. Bella Blu Design is not responsible for any delays caused by customs. Sometimes the shipping time exceeds the estimate due to factors outside of our control.
You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.
What if I need to talk to someone about my order?
For any questions, feedback or concerns you can EMAIL US at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer service team will be able to answer any questions you may have.
What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
Most of our delivery companies will deliver between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. If you are not home to sign for your delivery, they will leave a calling card. You must then call and quote your consignment number to arrange another delivery time that is convenient. Hong Kong post do most of our deliveries.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Bella Blu Design Panama Hats are handmade in Ecuador and are unique. Like all handmade artisan products, each hat may vary slightly in size, colour and weave to those visible in the online store.
We highly recommend you measure your hat size before purchasing to ensure you are ordering the right size hat. How to measure your hat size
If you are not happy with your Bella Blu hat or accessories (including hat size) we will discuss an exchange, provided the product is undamaged, in its original condition and you have notified us via email within 14 days of receiving your items.
We will refund or replace items that are faulty or defective.
We will not offer refunds if you change your mind, if items are damaged or altered, or if you have ordered an incorrect size.
All return and exchange enquiries are to be made by email within 14 days of receiving your items.
Please do not return items without prior authorisation or approval as they will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend that you send the item back to us in its original packaging with the original receipt and use registered post or a trackable courier, as we will not be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. Please note that credit card fees and shipping charges on delivery (if any paid) will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.
All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges, on sale items, unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item was received.
